Genuics offers four plans designed to grow with your team. Every account starts on the Free plan, and you can upgrade anytime from your organization settings.

What each plan includes
Free
The Free plan is designed for individual users exploring the platform. You get:
- 1 user seat
- 500 rows per dataset
- Unlimited dashboards and reports
- All chart types and widget configurations
- Actions for tracking follow-ups
- No AI messages - Geni chat and AI insight generation are not available
This plan is great for evaluating Genuics with a small sample of your data before committing to a paid plan.
Starter - $69/month
The Starter plan is built for small teams getting started with analytics. Everything in Free, plus:
- 5 user seats
- 50,000 rows per dataset
- 100 AI messages per month (Geni chat and AI insights)
- Workflows for automating tasks
- Connectors for integrating external data sources (Google Sheets, webhooks, REST API)
Pro - $299/month
The Pro plan is for growing teams that need more capacity and oversight. Everything in Starter, plus:
- 25 user seats
- 500,000 rows per dataset
- 1,000 AI messages per month
- 30-day audit log for compliance and activity tracking
Enterprise - custom pricing
The Enterprise plan is for organizations with advanced security, scale, and compliance needs. Everything in Pro, plus:
- Unlimited users and rows
- 5,000 AI messages per month
- Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google, Microsoft, or Okta
- 365-day audit log retention
- Dedicated support and onboarding

Annual billing discount
Paying annually saves you money on Starter and Pro:

You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your subscription settings. When switching to annual, you'll be charged the annual rate starting from your next billing cycle.
Feature gates - what happens when you hit a limit
When you reach a limit on your current plan, Genuics doesn't delete your data or break your dashboards. Here's what happens:
- Row limit: you can't upload new data until you delete rows, remove a dataset, or upgrade. Existing dashboards continue to work.
- User limit: you can't invite new users. Deactivate an unused account or upgrade to free up a seat.
- AI message limit: Geni chat and AI insight generation pause until the next billing cycle. All other features keep working.
- Feature gate (workflows, connectors, SSO, audit log): these features are simply not available on plans that don't include them. No data is lost - upgrading unlocks them immediately.
How to upgrade
- Go to Setup > Organization in the sidebar.
- Click the Plans & Billing tab.
- Select the plan you want.
- Enter your payment information (if not already on file).
- Confirm the upgrade. Your new plan is active immediately.
