Creating your account
Sign up, verify your email, and land in your workspace for the first time.
Creating a Genuics account takes about a minute. You'll have a workspace ready to go before you finish your coffee.
Sign up
- Go to genuics.com and click Start free.
- Enter your name, email address, and choose a password.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Create account.
Verify your email
After signing up, Genuics sends a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link in that email to confirm your account. If you don't see it within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.
Your first login
Once verified, you'll be logged in and see your workspace. If you're the first person in your organization, you'll be assigned the Admin role automatically. Everyone who joins after you starts as a Member (your admin can change roles later).
You'll see the main sidebar on the left with these sections:
- Home - your default dashboard view
- Dashboards - browse and create dashboards
- Reports - build tabular reports
- Actions - track follow-up tasks
- Datasets - manage your uploaded data
